SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

What shipping methods do you offer?


We offer both Standard and Express shipping options, depending on the size of the item. Where possible smaller items will be sent by premium air freight, while some larger items require alternative means of freight such as road. 

 

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping costs are calculated based on size of item. Cameracorp primarily operates under a static shipping cost structure whereby;

Small items $29 (minimum shipping cost across all items)

Medium/large sized items $49

These prices are based on Australia wide capital city locations and more remote regional destinations can incur higher costs which can be determined with your approved application as required. These costs do not include bulk orders

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the application process.

 

How long does delivery take?


Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express shipping usually delivers within 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Note, this timeframe does not include the application approval process, or delays from suppliers on stock that may be on back order. We will work and communicate with you if delays become apparent.

  

Where do you ship to?


We currently ship Australia-wide, including all metro and most regional areas. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Some regional destinations may require alternate drop points due to freight limitations. 

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

Can I return my item?


We accept returns only if the item is faulty or not functioning as intended. All items are carefully checked before dispatch, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the return window.
Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind, and some products may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance reasons.

 

What is your return window?


Returned items must be in the same condition as sent, including all original packaging and accessories, and must be in resalable condition.
Please note, returns are only accepted for preloved items and only if the item is faulty or not functioning as intended. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

How do I start a return?


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on 1300 787 711, or email us at info@polygongroup.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  

When will I receive my refund?


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or designated card.

 

Who pays for return shipping?


If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Our customer service team will arrange a return shipping booking upon processing the return.
